ISKL Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of ISKL. The Board is composed of up to14 members. Thirteen members of the Board are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each September for a three-year term. The 14th member of the Board is appointed by the Chief of Mission of the US Embassy in Malaysia.

The Board meets regularly throughout the school year, both as a whole and in working committees. As ISKL is a non-profit school, the Board has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that all resources are well-managed and invested in order to achieve ISKL’s Mission. The Board approves and upholds the Mission and Vision of the school and creates policies to support the guiding statements for the proper operation of ISKL.
