A sense of adventure was instilled in Rashi from a young age when her parents relocated the family from Toronto, Canada to the beautiful small town of Johnson City, Tennessee, USA.

Rashi has lived in over 15 cities throughout Bangladesh, Canada, India and USA. She has felt at home in every place because of the wonderful people that welcomed her along this journey.

Through these experiences, she can offer a unique perspective on the world around us and life here at ISKL. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner by trade, but Rashi’s passion is listening, learning and making simple improvements that result in dramatic change.

She looks forward to working with school leadership, teachers, parents and other board members to continually improve the school.

Rashi is starting her first year on the Board and is a member of the Finance Committee.

Rashi and her family moved to Kuala Lumpur in November 2021. Rashi and her husband have two children at ISKL, a son in Grade 5 and a daughter in Grade 7.
