Vasily Pasetchnik

Following their dream to explore Asia, Vasily and his family moved from England to Malaysia in late 2020.

Vasily is a global entrepreneur with experience in founding and growing new ventures. With investments ranging from fintech to space exploration, Vasily can provide cutting edge input on industries of the future. He is also passionate about the arts and can bring virtuoso musicians to ISKL and the wider community for recitals and masterclasses.

Vasily holds a BA in Modern Iberian and Latin American Studies from University College London, an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a recipient of a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship and served as Rotary International Goodwill Ambassador from the UK to the USA. He developed professional skills at six global firms, Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley, UBS, L’Orèal, Travelex, and NetJets, before turning to entrepreneurship.

Vasily loves to explore the world from above as a holder of UK and New Zealand helicopter licenses and from below as a certified advanced diver.

Vasily and his wife, Beatriz, have three children, two are at ISKL in Grade 9 and 11.
