Giulio, joined the Board at the AGM in September 2023 and is a member of the Finance Committee. With more than 20 years of international experience in the finance sector in a variety of countries and roles Giulio is a great asset to the Board and the Finance committee.

In addition to his financial expertise, Giulio possesses a deep understanding of the need for the strategic nature of the Board work and also has formal training related to board administration. His competencies, including the ability and willingness to challenge and probe, integrity, and high ethical standards, and his mentoring abilities, make him a valuable asset.

Guilio and his wife Heidi have 2 children in the school, a daughter in Elementary School and a son in Middle School.
