Our 2016-2017 Scott Smith (Varsity Athlete of the Year) winner continues to shine. Having just returned from a track meet in Indonesia, Michael Protomo set 1 national (Indonesian) record, narrowly missing a second national record on his way to 2 gold medals. Congratulations Michael!

Shot Put: 1st place with 16.44m (would have been a new IASAS record, also tied the national record of 16.53m but failed to stay in the circle)
Discus: 1st place with 49.95m, setting a new national record.
