Faisal Cup 2017

ISKL is excited to support The Faisal Cup, an annual football and netball tournament hosted by “The Dignity for Children Foundation” for the benefit of the urban poor. We’re getting ready for about 600 boys and girls from over 60 learning centers in the area to join in the fun-spirited games at Ampang Campus on May 6 & 13, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Participation, by volunteering time or making contributions to worthy causes, is one of the most important activities our ISKL community does. We are very pleased to Co-Host this year’s event and welcome everyone in our community to join the fun in support of an excellent cause, the education of children.

The Faisal Cup is named after a young “Dignity for Children” student who drowned while trying to catch an old football floating down the Gombak River. Now in its’ 12th year, The Faisal Cup is a celebration of communities joining together, children playing in a safe and secure environment, as well as hope and dignity that sport inspires.

Faisal Cup Kids Cheering

How can you get involved? Well, that depends on what you’re interested in!

With The Faisal Cup, there’s something for everyone in the family to do, whether before, during or after the events. But mostly, be sure to drop by and give a cheer for the kids. You’ll be glad you did.
