Meet ISKL High School Student Kian Faizi, Class of 2017 Varsity Basketball Team Captain National Merit Semi-Finalist President of the Earth Club / Executive in
ISKL hosted the first ever ISAC Climbing Competition on Friday, November 24, 2017. Michael Bollom, event organizer, IB teaching faculty, and Department Head, commented on the activity saying, “Students busted laudable moves during the competition, and there was lots of excitement as climbers tried to rack up the most points possible in 120 minutes.”
Hosting events such as the ISAC Climbing Competition is one more way we challenge students to expand their horizons and develop their talents.
Michael Protomo set 1 national (Indonesian) record, narrowly missing a second national record on his way to 2 gold medals. Congratulations Michael!
Congratulations to Nadia Redza on winning Selangor’s Most Promising Female Athlete, a prestigious athletic honor from the state of Selangor.
Nadia Redza won 6 gold medals, dominating the field in the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) Swimming Championships U18 age division.
ISKL Middle Schooler Ilaria Kaharudin broke the International School Activities Conference (ISAC) 100-meter Butterfly swim record.

Nadia Redza ’17 competed in the SUKMA 2016 games. SUKMA stands for Sukan Malaysia, also known as the ‘Malaysian Games’ often referred to as the Malaysian Olympics. It happens every two years bringing together the top athletes in Malaysia.
Over the course of two days our Panthers competed against local schools and our IASAS friends at Jakarta Intercultural School and the International School of Manila.
The recent ISAC Basketball tournament saw our under-11 players perform amazingly, competing against 24 teams and 250 other players! Go Panthers!
