How Do ISKL Students Get to School?
ISKL’s campus is located 3 km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and is accessible via a dedicated and efficient school bus service, supporting the travel needs of over 50% of students.
All buses are strictly controlled for safety, and every route is monitored by ride-along bus assistants who ensure that students are dropped off at the designated location.
Did you know?
Around 50% of students travel to school by bus, and of those students:
- 40% travel from Jalan Ampang, Ampang Hilir, U-Thant, Ukay Heights areas
- 32% travel from KLCC & KL City Center, Setiawangsa areas
- 28% travel from Bangsar, Damansara, Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara areas
Elementary School students are bused separately from Middle and High School students to account for differing school timings, after school schedules, and age-appropriate supervision.
It is mandatory for an adult to accompany their Elementary school child to the bus pick-up location and collect the child at the drop-off point.

Rates and Areas Covered
All busing fees are passed directly to the contracted busing operator, Pandu Jaya Sdn. Bhd. and ISKL do not retain any portion of the amounts collected for this valued service to our community. Our bus service covers key residential areas throughout Kuala Lumpur, such as Ampang, Mont Kiara, Damansara, Bangsar, and the City Centre (KLCC). We are committed to making each journey reliable and comfortable, from our regular morning and afternoon routes to the late buses for students participating in After-School Activities.
How much does the bus service cost, and how is it billed?
Bus fees are determined by the distance between your home and our campus, with flexible options for round-trip or one-way service. Costs are set per semester and included with tuition invoices to make the process straightforward for families. What safety measures and supervision are provided on ISKL buses?
The safety and well-being of our students is always our top priority. Each bus is carefully supervised, with ride-along bus assistants on every route to ensure students are dropped off at the right locations. To provide age-appropriate care, Elementary School students travel separately from Middle and High School students. For our youngest learners, we ask that an adult accompany them to the pick-up point and be present at the drop-off location.
