Growing a School Community for Identity, Agency, and Healing
This presentation by Jessica Wei Huang will expand on the concepts of identity-centered learning to develop a school culture and climate that nourishes identity development, agency, and healing for adults and students. Moving through the concepts of identity development and growing a climate that supports DEIJ work in schools, Jessica will take us through a framework designed to tackle the challenges of developing a truly equitable and inclusive culture.
