Congratulations to our High School students on their success in May 2026 International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma and Advanced Placement (AP) examinations.

At ISKL, achievement reflects more than examination performance. These results celebrate not only academic accomplishment, but also the resilience, curiosity, and character students have developed during their time at ISKL.

Reflecting on this year's results, ISKL’s Head of School Mr. Rami Madani said:

"At ISKL, we are proud to be an inclusive school where every student is challenged and supported to achieve their personal best. These results reflect the commitment, perseverance, and determination our students have shown throughout their time at ISKL. We celebrate their achievements and congratulate our graduates as they take their next steps. Supported by their teachers, families, and peers, they leave ISKL with the character, compassion, and sense of purpose to care for others and make a positive impact in the world."

ISKL offers the IB Diploma Programme on a non-selective basis, reflecting our belief that all students can thrive when challenged and supported. Among this year's 124 Diploma candidates, 96% earned the full IB Diploma, with an average score of 34.5 points, compared with the current global average of 30.88. In addition, 19% of students achieved 40 points or more out of a possible 45.

We also celebrate the26% of students who earned the IB Bilingual Diploma in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. Awarded to students who successfully complete Language and Literature studies in two languages, the Bilingual Diploma reflects the multilingual and internationally minded community.

ISKL High School students in Grades 10-12 also achieved strong results in Advanced Placement (AP) examinations. The average AP subject score was 3.9 out of 5, with 73% of students earning a score of 4 or 5, demonstrating they are very well qualified or extremely well qualified in their subjects. AP courses enable students to earn university credit and/or advanced standing at many colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.

Recognizing that every learner's strengths and aspirations are different, ISKL's High School academic program offers multiple pathways to success. Whether pursuing the IB Diploma, ISKL’s Pursuits Program, which combines IB, AP, and High School Diploma courses into a personalized program of study, or the High School Diploma, students are empowered to choose a pathway that aligns with their strengths, interests, and future goals.

The impact of this approach is reflected in the 550+ university offers and acceptances received by the Class of 2026 from universities around the world, including Australia, Canada, China, China (Hong Kong), Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
