Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of ISKL. The 2023-2026 Board comprises 14 members.

Thirteen members of the Board were elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September 2023 for a three-year term. One Board member is a US Embassy appointee.

The Board meets regularly throughout the school year, both as a whole and in working committees. As ISKL is a non-profit school, the Board has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that all resources are well-managed and invested in order to achieve ISKL’s Mission.

The Board approves and upholds the Mission and Vision of the school and creates policies to support the Guiding Statements for the proper operation of ISKL.
