Panthers of ISKL #336: Melalyn Ng - The Multi-Hat-Wearing Panther

Meet Melalyn Ng, a dynamic and dedicated Grade 4 teacher, whose classroom is filled with learning and laughter in equal measure. She keeps her students engaged, curious, and creatively inspired so that they recognize their individuality but also understand they are part of a tight-knit team. The foundations of this sense of security have a longstanding impact on her students, which they take with them far beyond Grade 4.

Meet Timmy C. (‘27), a Panther with such determination that he attended IASAS Dance only weeks after being in recovery for a broken leg. His interests and passions are driven by his enthusiasm for school life, whether that be on the stage, athletics track, rugby pitch, volleyball court, or even learning skills in his newfound hobby of bouldering. Timmy is the perfect example of a student with Panther spirit.

Meet Zara S., a student whose passion for the arts has grown alongside her life at ISKL. Seizing every opportunity to combine the two, her active roles include being a member of the ILHAM Student Council, an ISKL Arts Society Executive, IASAS Art and CARE Club member. Contributing to these initiatives has enabled her to be proactive in forging links with the arts community in school and beyond.
