Improv night is always a well attended event at ISKL. This year, David Tan '05 joined Chris Piech '06 and Kyle Kozman '07 for the night's festivities. We look forward to having more alumni participate in the future.
Cole Turko '05 and Hiro Maekawa '05 with a group from The International College Of Music (ICOM) who provided a free lunch concert outside the MPR . It was an opportunity to hear some ISKL alumni perform and learn about college level music study opportunities in Kuala Lumpur.

Recently, Leda Hoffmann, now attending Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa stopped by a Sr Prep class. She was in Lyn Surette's kindergarten class in the opening year of the Melawati campus. Leda attended ISKL from 1992/3 to 1994/5.

Angshuman Gosh is currently a fine arts major at Emerson College in Boston. As a young artist "dedicated to the advancement of visual and media arts through cross-cultural awareness and community service, Angshuman is in the process of documenting a particular folk art in Bengal, India "which is struggling in our modernizing world". Tokyo was the site for a recent gathering oganized by Teppei Maki '00. John and Shelly Smith represented the faculty alumni.
Hiroaki Maekawa '05 was featured on Astro, channel 18 during the month of December. He and his band played several songs and then were interviewed. Hiro and Marcus Pervez Cerventes '05 also stopped by a local establishment to hear ISKL's newest faculty band "The Benchmarks"
