We welcome your interest in the International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL), a non-profit, parent-owned and parent-governed school which offers an excellent education from Prep Reception to Grade Twelve.
Expatriate
children of all nationalities are welcome to apply
as we seek a diverse student body. ISKL also admits
academically qualified Malaysian students, who meet
specific criteria determined by the Ministry of
Education. ISKL's policy states that all students
must be in full-time residence with at least one
parent to qualify for admission.
"Transition has been so smooth I can't believe it. Thanks to you and the totally organised team you work with we couldn't have wished for a better start. Natalie is extremely happy, so happy child, happy parents!!!"

ISKL seeks to accommodate a variety
of abilities and interests. Students must demonstrate
average to above average grades for admission, and
the school provides services for children with mild
learning needs. These cases are reviewed by
our counselors and school psychologists before confirming
admission.
ISKL's age admission policy states
that children entering the elementary school must
be age appropriate for their grade level by October
first of the year they are enrolling. This applies
to pre-kindergarten through grade eight.
We encourage parents wishing to
enroll their child at ISKL to contact our Admissions
Department regarding spaces available in all grades.
Please note that there may be waiting lists into some grade levels as well as
for admission into ISKL’s English as A Second
Language Program.
Your inquiry
is important to us. Please contact our
Admissions Department for additional information
regarding admission to ISKL.
